Small number of students in Birmingham begin protest
A small number of students at the University of Birmingham have begun staging a protest over tuition fees and budget cuts.
More protests are expected around the UK and further education college students and school pupils are also expected to join students in walkouts and rallies.
A student protest two weeks ago resulted in an attack on the headquarters of the Conservative party.
