BP oil spill: Gulf pressure tests to go ahead

BP is proceeding with a pressure test in the blown-out Gulf of Mexico oil well, which could last for up to 48 hours.

Admiral Thad Allen said the tests, which will see pressure increased every six hours, will give engineers valuable information on how to seal the well permanently.
