Up to 31 members of college staff could be made redundant.
The cuts at the College of West Anglia will affect people working at sites in King's Lynn, Downham Market and Wisbech in Norfolk, and Milton near Cambridge.
College principal David Pomfret said students should not be affected by the move.
It has not yet been confirmed if the posts that could be lost from the college would be teaching or administrative.
Two other Norfolk colleges have recently announced redundancies.
City College and Great Yarmouth College plan to cut 150 jobs in total.
