The RSPB Yorkshire Belle takes about an hour to sail north to get to the cliffs. The full trip takes around three hours. | | Essential kit: | Binoculars and protective hat. Be prepared for the noise and the smell of the birds. Bird identification book - RSPB book shop on site. There are refreshments on site on the cliff tops. | | Best times for nature watching: | Between March and mid-August. | | Access: | Two viewpoints at top of the cliffs - crushed limestone surface. Slightly restricted view in some places due to safety barriers. Grandstand view: 200 m from visitor centre and car park - accessible by wheelchairs and pushchairs with care.

Bempton station is 1.5 miles away. Bus service from Bridlington to Bempton. The nearest stop is in Bempton village - take the road northwards up the lane to the reserve. Walking time - 15 minutes.
