Afternoon Concert
A week of concerts celebrating disabled composers and performers.
Today, Fiona Talkington presents the BBC Concert Orchestra as they perform in a socially distanced studio recording from Alexandra Palace Theatre last month, with Clare Hammond playing the Piano Concerto by Doreen Carwithen. And from the 2018 Arnold Festival former Principal Conductor Keith Lockhart conducts Symphony No 4 by Malcolm Arnold, who had mental health problems for much of his professional life.
Part of the BBC's focus on disability in November, marking the 25th anniversary of the Disability Discrimination Act
