There’s a world of fascinating podcasts out there and BBC Radio 4 Extra sets out to find the best on offer.

This week Ella Watts returns to join Amanda Litherland to look at a subsection of audio fiction podcasts called actual play podcasts. Hosts sit down and role play board games such as Dungeons And Dragons in real time. They’ll be speaking to the hosts of some of the most popular series, Marisha Ray from Critical Role and Travis McElroy from The Adventure Zone podcasts.
