Comedy Club: Boswell’s Lives

Miles Jupp returns as the time-travelling biographer who hops through history to do for famous figures what he did for Dr. Johnson in series two of Boswell’s Lives.

In this first episode, Boswell travels back to the 1960s to meet with Muhammad Ali who, having been banned from boxing, is at a loose end. Can Boswell’s sage advice make The Greatest even Greatester?

Ali is played by Sir Lenny Henry.

In coming weeks, Karl Marx, Madonna and Alan Bennett get the Boswell treatment.
