Glow Up: Britain's Next Make-Up Star

In episode two of this brand new make-up series hosted by Stacey Dooley and judged by Val Garland and Dominic Skinner, it’s lights, camera action - as the nine remaining make-up artists (MUAs) are challenged to produce some make-up movie magic.

This week’s professional brief sees the MUAs head to the home of Harry Potter at Leavesden Studios, where they are met by this week’s guest judge, Oscar-winning special effects make-up artist David Malinowski.

Split into teams, the MUAs are tasked with showcasing their best prosthetics skills in a character test-day. But this isn’t the only thing put to the test, as teamwork sees tempers fray and creative heads collide.

Back at the Glow Up HQ, the MUAs are challenged to use prosthetic pieces and create a character which could belong in their favourite childhood story. With the most experience, prosthetics shop worker Mathieu feels this is his week to shine, but the judges are concerned that he risks playing it too safe. And after finding herself on the backfoot, Paige needs to work extra hard to impress the judges.
