5 live At The Oscars

As Hollywood prepares itself for the glitz, glamour and headlines of arguably the most anticipated Oscars night ever, Colin Paterson will be there to ensure the 5 live audience is totally red carpet ready.

As well as previewing all the excitement of the night, he’ll be meeting the British nominees and guests as they drop by for a chat on their way to the 90th Academy Awards ceremony.

From 1am, Up All Night will have updates of the result of each of the 24 categories right after they have been announced, with Best Picture expected at around 4.30am. Then on 5 live Breakfast, Colin will be live from the Red Carpet at the Vanity Fair party, where he will be speaking to the winners as they arrive, catching them in all their giddy acceptance euphoria.

Colin has his red carpet slot booked to capture all the fun and chaos of Hollywood’s biggest party night!
