Prom 19: Relaxed Prom

Live at the BBC Proms from the Royal Albert Hall, the BBC National Orchestra of Wales perform the first ever Relaxed Prom.
The BBC National Orchestra of Wales perform the first ever Relaxed Prom, a concert suitable for children and adults with autism, sensory and communication impairments and learning disabilities, as well as individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind and partially sighted. BBC Radio 3 listeners will hear audio description of the Prom from Louise Fryer.
Presented by conductor Grant Llewellyn and musician Andy Pidcock, the first ever Relaxed Prom is a fun and interactive musical experience in a welcoming environment, with plenty of opportunities for participation. During the concert there is a relaxed attitude to movement and noise in the auditorium. Audience members can move about, dance, sing or just listen.
