This year's meeting between Oxford and Cambridge universities sees the 163rd men's Boat Race and the 72nd women's contest.

Cambridge’s men were victorious last year, claiming their first victory since 2012. However, Oxford’s women extended their formidable recent record, making it four wins in a row as the Cambridge boat almost sank in the closing stages.
