Jamie Johnson
Ep. 1/1 -

Critically acclaimed kids football drama Jamie Johnson returns to screens this April for a second series. Steven Gerrard, Jessica Clarke, Ian Wright, John Stones, Sue Barker and Carl Froch are some of Britain’s most-loved sporting stars taking special cameos.
Jamie Johnson (played by Louis Dunn) is a 12 year-old from Nottingham, who lives and breathes football. Jamie has the potential to live every schoolboy’s dream - to become a professional footballer – however life off the pitch is a bit more complicated.
In series two, Jamie is about to face his biggest challenge yet - himself. He certainly has the talent, but does he have the maturity to leave his personal problems in the locker room and focus on the game to make his dreams of being scouted a reality?
It's not all plain sailing for the rest of the team either: Boggy (played by Jonnie Kimmins) discovers the road to love is a rocky one; Dillon (played by Patrick Ward) has a life changing medical condition to come to terms with and Jack (played by Lenna Gunning Williams) works twice as hard as the rest of the team to prove herself to football coach Mr Hansard (played by Brian Bovell).
Episode one sees Jamie on a high after his goal against Hawkstone United's legendary keeper Leon Tibbs, but he has a lot to learn about the difference between confidence and ego. And can Boggy put his own advice into practice to win his chess tournament?
