BBC Music Awards 2016 - Greg James

Greg James broadcasts live from the ExCeL London, with exclusive interviews and sessions from backstage and the red carpet ahead of the 2016 BBC Music Awards.
The BBC Music Awards, hosted by Fearne Cotton, Claudia Winkleman and Gemma Cairney and broadcast live on BBC One from 8.30pm-10pm, will tell the story of the past 12 months in music, with live performances from some of 2016’s best-loved artists and featuring some of the year’s best-selling songs.
An array of the biggest names in music including Kaiser Chiefs, Craig David, Lukas Graham (pictured), Zara Larsson, Emeli Sandé, Robbie Williams and The 1975 will perform, and the event will feature five awards: BBC Music British Artist of the Year as decided by the BBC Music committee, Song of the Year voted for by members of the public and BBC Music Introducing Artist of the Year decided by the BBC Music Introducing panel.
This year there will be two new awards celebrating the best of live and recorded music - BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge Performance Of The Year, voted for by the Radio 1 Playlist Committee and BBC Radio 2 Album Of The Year, voted for by the Radio 2 Playlist Committee.
