Meet Monty, a little boy with a vivid imagination and a loyal pet pig. They're the stars of Kazoops, an innovative new animation series that encourages children to challenge the workings of the world through imaginary adventures.

Monty Kazoop is a spirited boy of six, whose best friend is the family pet pig Jimmy Jones. In each episode Monty confronts a grown-up preconception about the world and sets out to challenge it, embarking on a wild imaginary adventure with Jimmy Jones in search of fresh perspectives. Every adventure is set to a unique song and a rich variety of musical styles are covered across the series.

From an imaginary trip to the savannah to a visit to an underwater world in a submarine, Monty scours his imagination as he challenges a different idea in each episode. For after all, who says the world works the way grown-ups think it should? Things can always be different if you just imagine...

On Monday, Jimmy Jones becomes jealous when Monty brings the class guinea pig home for the weekend. But after an imaginary trip to see animals in the savannah, Jimmy Jones learns that it’s okay to have more than one best friend.

On Tuesday a beach trip is cancelled, but Monty discovers that you don’t have to leave home to have a holiday.

In Wednesday’s episode, an animal race in the back yard inspires Monty to travel back in time to discover if there were fast dinosaurs.

On Thursday the twosome borrow Gran’s magnifying glass and imagine what the garden would look like if they were the size of bees.

And on Friday, Monty and Jimmy Jones travel to a messy cosmic world and take on the ‘sock-teroids’ as they explore whether tidying up can really be fun.
