Screen 6 Special With Seth McFarlane
Comedy writer, performer and musician Seth MacFarlane joins Edith Bowman to talk about his influences, and picks a selection of his favourite tracks, with the emphasis on orchestral music and film scores.
Seth is a pianist and singer who, in his early years, trained with Lee and Sally Sweetland, the vocal coaches of Barbra Streisand and Frank Sinatra. He has since put his education to good effect from the brilliant and outrageous musical sequences in Family Guy to the Oscar-nominated opening theme to Ted, which he co-wrote.
