I want to rediscover Lesley, the one who had hopes and dreams and aspirations

"I want to rediscover Lesley, the one who had hopes and dreams and aspirations, before life slapped me in the face a few times and left me disillusioned."

For more than ten years, busy mother and grandmother Lesley, who hails from Lancashire, has been dreaming of living the good life abroad. Rural Europe is the perfect location in her eyes, somewhere where she can have enough land to live self-sufficiently and finally have the weather to grow grapes for wine.

Lesley grows a range of vegetables from seed and absolutely loves cooking, believing that wholesome organic meals made from scratch are the best kind. She would now like to move abroad to grow all her own fresh produce and sell the surplus at a local market. Originally a dream she shared with her ex-husband, the two of them even purchased a property in Spain before a crash in the property market meant the new-build property was never constructed.

Even when Lesley’s marriage broke down she never lost sight of her ambition, but she has been nervous to make a move abroad alone. Now, with her children grown up she is finally in a position where no one can tell her she can’t do it. Lesley is feeling healthy, youthful and ready for a new start.
