Strauss at the Proms
One hundred and fifty years after his birth, the music of Richard Strauss is reflected across 13 Proms. At the heart of the celebration will be three of his best-known operas, Der Rosenkavalier, Salome and Elektra, featuring some of the world’s leading Strauss interpreters including Nina Stemme and Christine Goerke.
