Supporting quotes for BBC Sport's Make Your Move campaign.

I want to support the Make Your Move campaign because I think it’s really important for people to be a healthy as possible, to get out there – to challenge themselves and to do something that is going to benefit them in the long term.
BBC Breakfast weather presenter Carol Kirkwood reveals how she will stay motivated:
“I'm going to tell myself ‘Think how good you are going to look when you are toned and you have strength in your body and you’re going to feel so much better’. I can see my goal in sight and I have every intention of achieving it.”

I do like to get out there and move a couple of times a week.
