It is written by Brian Fillis, directed by Fergus O’Brien, produced by Scott James Bassett and executive produced by Aysha Rafaele, Creative Director of The Documentary Unit, BBC Studios.

Prejudice And Pride: The People’s History Of LGBTQ Britain (2 x 60) was commissioned by Tom McDonald, Head of Specialist Factual Commissioning and is being made by 7 Wonder for BBC Four. The Executive Producers for 7 Wonder are Eve Kay and Steve Condie.

Man In An Orange Shirt (2 x 60) is produced by Kudos (Grantchester, Broadchurch, The Tunnel, The Hour, Life On Mars, Spooks) for BBC Two. The Executive Producers are Diederick Santer for Kudos and Lucy Richer for the BBC. It will be produced by Lisa Osborne (Little Dorrit) and directed by Michael Samuels (Any Human Heart). Filming has begun in and around London. The series will be distributed by Fremantle. Kudos is part of the Endemol Shine Group.

Profile Of Patrick Gale (1 x 30) was commissioned by Mark Bell, Head of Commissioning, Arts and is being made by BBC Studios for BBC Two. The Executive Producer is Janet Lee.

Gluck (1 x 60) was commissioned by Mark Bell and is being made by BBC Studios for BBC Two. The Executive Producer is Janet Lee and the Director is Clare Beavan.

What Gay Did For Art (1 x 60) was commissioned by Mark Bell and is being made by Swan Films for BBC Two. The Executive Producer for Swan Films is Neil Crombie.

Is It Safe To Be Gay In The UK? (1 x 60) was commissioned by Tom McDonald and is being made by Century Films for BBC Two.

Imagine … Mapplethorpe: Look At The Pictures (1 x 105) was commissioned by Mark Bell and is being made by BBC Studios for BBC Two. The BBC Imagine Executive Producer is Tanya Hudson and the Series Editor is Alan Yentob. The Directors are Randy Barbato and Fenton Bailey.

Olly Alexander: Growing Up Gay (1 x 45) was commissioned by Clare Sillery and the Commissioning Editor is Danny Horan. It is being made by Antidote productions where the Director is Vicki Cooper and the Executive Producers are Leila Monks and Laura Jones.

Queers (8 x 15) was commissioned by Mark Bell and is being made by BBC Studios where the Executive Producer is Pauline Law.

Storyville - Queerama, was commissioned by Clare Sillery and Kate Townsend, Commissioning Editor for Storyville, produced by Catryn Ramasut for ie ie productions and directed by Daisy Asquith with the BFI and Ffilm Cymru Wales.
