“We’ve had a good practice and there were a few arguments on the way!”
Brother and Sister Mark (52) and Jo (45) and Mark’s nephew Ross (29) hail from Newport in Wales.
Jo is a musician and music tutor. She loves food so much that instead of a novel she sleeps with a cook book by the side of her bed.
Once a fussy eater, Ross spends many a weekend experimenting in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
IT Consultant and foodie Mark recently bought chickens that roam freely in his garden and lay the best eggs!
A competitive bunch, the Bellamores regularly engage in cook-offs against each other, making their wider family judge their food. In order to accommodate the large family gatherings around Christmas, Jo now hosts the big family Christmas get-together every year, when she makes her annual banquet for the 26-strong clan.

“It’s easy to say I’m tired and I’ve been working all day so I’ll throw a pizza in the oven, it’s never been like that in this house!”
Originally from Iran, Mojgan (48) moved to the UK when she was a teenager. She now lives in Bournemouth in Dorset with her two daughters Ocean (19) and Faith (15) where she designs for and runs her own wedding dress business.
Mojgan describes herself as a very glamourous cook, who "always cooks in her heels". Proud of their Persian heritage, Mojgan learnt to cook traditional Iranian food from her mother and in turn she has passed these recipes to her daughters.
Faith is well known at her school for being a brilliant baker and enjoys uploading her bakes to social media.
Ocean is studying Psychology at University, but still returns to the family home as nothing beats her mother’s cooking.
