London 2012 key moments

From 27 July-12 August BBC One and BBC One HD from 6am to midnight, and BBC Three from 9am to 11pm, will be the BBC’s Olympic channels, delivering the key live action and top stories as well as our regular BBC News service.

In addition there will be up to 24 HD video streams on bbc.co.uk/sport, which will broadcast every sport live, from every venue, when it’s on. These 24 HD streams will also be available via the BBC Red Button and on the Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), for viewers of the BBC using Sky, Freesat and Virgin Media.

Audiences will be able to watch wherever and whenever they want to, across four screens: PC, mobile, tablet and connected TVs (including smart TVs and games consoles) and BBC Red Button. Freeview HD viewers will have an additional Olympic HD channel available through BBC Red Button.

BBC Radio 5 live and 5 live Sports Extra will have extensive news and sport coverage from the Olympics and will have an additional digital service called 5 live Olympics Extra throughout the Olympics.
