Beyond Match Of The Day
As well as Match Of The Day, Match Of The Day 2 and the FA Cup, BBC Television also bids a welcome return to familiar football favourites for the new season.

The 2014/15 season sees Football Focus celebrate its 40th anniversary, as Dan Walker once again takes the helm on BBC One and BBC One HD. The show is also available as a live stream on the BBC Sport website (UK users).
New for this campaign the programme welcomes the magic of the FA Cup to the BBC. Dan and the team will have a series of live outside broadcasts from some of the grounds playing host to must-watch matches, as teams from all leagues battle it out for the coveted cup.
The 40-minute programme returns to screens at 12.10pm on Saturday 16 August with special archive features to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Match Of The Day. The popular Premier League Predictions feature continues, as celebrities from the worlds of sport, music, film and television take on Mark Lawrenson. With a history for obtaining must-watch interviews, Football Focus will this season maintain and look to build on this reputation – gaining unrivalled access to the week’s leading stories as well as the individuals making the headlines from the world for football.
Last season, Jose Mourinho, David Beckham, Thierry Henry, Clarence Seedorf, Ryan Giggs and Daniel Sturridge all provided exclusive interviews, while there were also special contributions from Robert De Niro, Zac Efron, David Cameron and Sylvester Stallone. The Focus team also produced special access all area shows from a host of Premier League clubs, the iconic Wallsend Boys Club and most memorably, a Christmas special from Afghanistan in front of thousands of troops.
Philip Neville will also be a regular guest on the show and will look to provide a series of analytical previews to the big matches. Neville will also be one of a series of former top flight stars to put their questions to current Premier League players. Robbie Savage, Kevin Kilbane and Garth Crooks will also be on reporting duty for the show, alongside Mark Clemmit, Damian Johnson and Juliette Ferrington.

After his first season in the Final Score hot-seat, Jason Mohammad is back with all the goals and breaking news on BBC One, BBC One HD and the Red Button, from Saturday 9 August. Jason and special studio guests will analyse the action with the famous vidiprinter, live on-screen updates and pitch-side reports – viewers won’t miss a moment of the Saturday afternoon action.
New for the 2014/15 season, Final Score welcomes the FA Cup with special Sunday afternoon programmes for each crucial stage of this historic competition. Jason and the team will show live action and goals as they happen, as well as interviews with players and managers before the games kick off, savouring all the pre-match build-up.
In addition to its network slot, Final Score is available on the red button between 2.30pm and 6.00pm every Saturday, as well as through live streaming on the BBC Sport website, the BBC Sport app and Connected TVs.
The show will feature a range of pundits including Garth Crooks, Martin Keown, John Hartson, Kevin Kilbane and Dion Dublin. Regular reports from Damian Johnson, Ivan Gaskell, Juliette Ferrington, Jonathan Legard and Jacqui Oatley.
The Football League Show

Away from the Premier League attention turns to the Championship, League One and League Two, Manish Bhasin brings comprehensive highlights from arguably one of the toughest and most entertaining leagues in the footballing world. The Football League Show returns to BBC One and BBC One HD from 11.30pm on Saturday 9 August, with a new regular Sunday morning repeat on BBC Two.
Alongside Manish will be a host of football experts, including regular guests Leroy Rosenior and Steve Claridge. The ever-present Mark Clemmit will be access all areas across the Football League with regular Saturday night reflections from the key game of the day.
Getting underway straight after Match Of The Day every Saturday night of the Premier League, viewers in the UK will also be able to follow a live simulcast of the show on the BBC Sport website, as well as catching up on BBC iPlayer for an unparalleled parade of league football highlights.
