One of the great participants of Springwatch’s Do Something Great For Nature campaign was the Royal Horticultural Society’s Britain In Bloom.
This year the Society decided to give one garden or project a Wildlife and Conservation Award - an award recognizing remarkable work for our animals and environments.
Martin Hughes-Games visits three of the hopeful contestants before giving the final award at the grand final ceremony. Only one group can take the award, but of course wildlife across the country is the real winner.
