The Ashes - Test Match Special
Audiences will be able to follow every ball and wicket in this summer’s Ashes series as Test Match Special continues on Radio 5 live sports extra and Radio 4 LW.

TMS, now in its 57th year, is world famous for its expert and comprehensive radio commentary offering, and will go out on 5 live sports extra throughout the series, starting at the opening day of the first test at Trent Bridge from 10.25 on Thursday 10 July.
Starting 30 minutes before the start of action each day, the team will be bringing extra build-up and analysis of the game so far.
The voice of TMS, Jonathan Agnew takes to the helm once again alongside commentators Henry Blofeld, Simon Mann and Ed Smith, and summarisers Michael Vaughan, Geoff Boycott, Phil Tufnell and Vic Marks, ensuring audiences don’t miss a moment of play.
Joining TMS for the first time at the Ashes in England this summer will be legendary Australia fast bowler, Glenn McGrath. The first Australian fast bowler to play 100 Tests, McGrath returns to the Ashes this time from the more relaxed commentary position to give insight and analysis on the Aussie game.
Audiences can listen to Test Match Special from wherever they are and when they’re on the go. In addition to listening via digital radio or online, BBC Radio 5 live and 5 live sports extra are now available on mobile and tablet by downloading the BBC iPlayer Radio app for free. TMS is also available on Radio 4 Long Wave.
