BBC Sport NI announces live coverage of Ulster Rugby

Rugby’s PRO 14 season kicks-off this weekend and throughout the tournament BBC Sport NI will have live coverage of Ulster Rugby’s games on BBC Radio Ulster as well as the BBC Sport App and website.

BBC Sport NI coverage begins on Saturday 1 September with Ulster v Scarlets at Kingspan Stadium on BBC Radio Ulster MW at 5pm. It will also be available on the BBC Sport website and App.

Gavin Andrews introduces the action with commentary from Jim Neilly. Gavin will be joined by a stellar line up of analysts including European Cup Winner, Tony McWhirter, former Ulster players Ian Humphreys, Paul Marshall, Paddy Wallace and former Scottish International Budge Poutney.

As part of the Rugby offering on BBC Sport NI this season, there will be comprehensive coverage and analysis on the Champions Cup. Beginning in October the home side will be hoping to start their campaign with a victory over Leicester Tigers on homeground.
