Presenters confirmed for Film 2016
The BBC’s flagship cinema review programme returns to BBC One in November 2016 with a host of new presenters.

Zoe Ball will host the first of seven episodes in this series with Ben Bailey Smith, Mariella Frostrup, Camilla Long, Paul Merton, Edith Bowman and Antonia Quirke also presenting their own programmes. Danny Leigh will be the resident critic for each episode and guest critics this year include Grace Dent, Peter Bradshaw, Kate Muir and Ellen E Jones.
Films reviewed in the first episode include Tom Ford’s dark revenge tale Nocturnal Animals and action thriller The Accountant, starring Ben Affleck. The director of modern musical La La land, Damien Chazelle is amongst the industry stars to be interviewed this year.
Film… was first broadcast in 1971 and has been hosted by Barry Norman, Jonathan Ross and Claudia Winkleman.
