David Dimbleby will be joined by BBC Political Editor Laura Kuenssberg reporting live for 11 hours the much-anticipated results of the EU Referendum, as they come in from the 382 counts across the country.
They will be joined by a variety of guests from the Remain and Leave camps, as well as experts, business leaders and political commentators to provide reaction and context to the results.
Jeremy Vine will provide a visual and virtual guide as the results are announced, and Emily Maitlis will be speaking to representatives from across the political spectrum to provide ongoing analysis and insight.
Other BBC presenters will be reporting live as results are announced in the regions, and gauging reaction from the public, including Naga Munchetty in Sunderland, Clive Myrie from Basingstoke, Jane Hill in Swindon, Jo Coburn in Manchester, James Williams in Wales, Mark Devenport in Northern Ireland, and Sarah Smith in Scotland. Throughout the night, the programme will join Nick Robinson as he journeys across the UK, starting in Edinburgh and ending in London, as he speaks to various politicians and voters to discuss what the referendum decision could mean.
For the results night, political scientist and psephologist Professor John Curtice of the University of Strathclyde has helped the BBC develop a new predictive graphic that will help analyse the early trends as the results come in. This means David and the team can explain how each local result could potentially impact the national outcome.
James Naughtie and Carolyn Quinn will present Referendum 2016 on BBC Radio 4 (from 10pm until the Today programme starts at 6am) and Radio 5 live (from midnight to 5am) with authoritative analysis, breaking news and reflection on the results as they are announced.
From 10pm, BBC News online will have a live blog and dedicated full results service with breaking news, latest social media reaction, and results appearing immediately as they are announced on an interactive map and postcode search – bbc.co.uk/eureferendum
From 9am on Friday, special coverage will continue on BBC One and the BBC News Channel with Sophie Raworth and Andrew Neil in Westminster, Victoria Derbyshire in Manchester and Matthew Amroliwala from Brussels. As we head into the afternoon, Huw Edwards will lead coverage from Downing Street with Jane Hill and Vicki Young reporting alongside BBC correspondents across the UK and around the world. Fiona Bruce will be presenting the major news bulletin at six and Huw Edwards News at Ten.

At 7pm, BBC One has a one-off special in which Nick Robinson examines what the results of the EU Referendum mean for the UK - The Big Decision With Nick Robinson.
This will include Nick’s journey around the UK, and reports from Paris, Berlin and Poland as the continent digests our referendum result and how the big decision is being greeted in the EU.
Viewers outside the UK can take advantage of a multiplatform experience as the results come in. BBC World News will be showing ‘EU Referendum - the Result’ from 10pmGMT. David Dimbleby will guide audiences as the votes are counted around the country. Then, as the result becomes clear around breakfast time in the UK, there will be a BBC World News Special with Philippa Thomas and Ros Atkins (from 4am GMT) reporting live from Westminster in London.
For viewers in the US, Katty Kay is also in London with two special editions of World News America (9pm GMT on Thursday and Friday). The results programmes will also be streamed on BBC.com, where people can also find a wealth of content to help them understand the EU referendum bbc.com/eureferendum
