Live music is at the heart of what we do with over 300 sessions each year on the station, more of which are now being filmed for our audience to view across the BBC’s digital platforms.”

And on Monday 10 October the bands will be performing in the Live Rooms at the station’s Salford and London radio studios. BBC Radio 6 Music remains the biggest UK digital only station with a record 2.27 million listeners a week.
