BBC iPlayer hits the catwalk with fashion programmes featuring Abbey Clancy, Lianne La Havas and Grace Victory
This September, BBC iPlayer takes fashion to the next level with a collection of three exclusive programmes featuring model Abbey Clancy, singer Lianne La Havas and fashion vlogger Grace Victory.

London is renowned for being one of the best fashion weeks in the world and I love all the hustle and bustle surrounding all the shows - the city is buzzing for the whole week.
BBC iPlayer will give audiences unprecedented access to the UK’s most important fashion event of the year, London Fashion Week, as it makes history by holding the event in the gritty car park of London’s most subversive district, Soho, for the first time ever.
In London Fashion Week: Abbey Clancy’s Top Picks model Abbey Clancy takes viewers into the glamourous world of high-end fashion. Abbey goes to the biggest and boldest shows of this year’s London Fashion Week, meeting cutting-edge designers and getting up close and personal with their beautiful creations. London Fashion Week: Abbey Clancy’s Top Picks will be exclusively available on BBC iPlayer from Sunday 27 September at 9pm.
Abbey Clancy says: “London is renowned for being one of the best fashion weeks in the world and I love all the hustle and bustle surrounding all the shows - the city is buzzing for the whole week."
Award-winning fashion vlogger Grace Victory brings high fashion to a mass audience in her programme London Fashion Week: Grace Victory’s Top Picks. Grace attends some of LFW’s most innovative shows and finds her favourite of cuts, colours and materials. She reveals the clever ways fashionistas all over the country can take inspiration from the event. London Fashion Week: Grace Victory’s Top Picks will be available exclusively on BBC iPlayer from Tuesday 29 September at 9pm.
Grace Victory says: “LFW excites me as I get the low down on what’s going to be on trend for the coming year. I’m a total fashionista and a self-declared savvy shopper, so having an insight early means I can kit my wardrobe out without breaking the bank. I love a good celeb spotting session too, mainly to see how incredible they look.”
Critically acclaimed musician and fashion icon Lianne La Havas takes viewers on a Private View of the Victoria and Albert Museum exhibition ‘Shoes: Pleasure and Pain’, where she gets after-hours access to the amazing show. Lianne has her own distinctively quirky style and is known for her love of her high heel shoe collection, a pair of which she normally wears when performing.
In Private View: Lianne La Havas On Shoes, Lianne reveals the artistic and social history of footwear, with the exhibition displaying 200 shoes ranging from gold leaf Ancient Egyptian flip flops and the platforms that tripped up Naomi Campbell, to the latest extraordinary contemporary designs. Private View: Lianne La Havas On Shoes will be exclusively available on BBC iPlayer from Sunday 27 September at 7am.
Lianne La Havas says: “I love shoes, in any shape and form. And as a kid it was my beloved blue suede trainers with white fluorescent stripes, but as I grew up, so did the shoes. For me shoes and fashion can be just like music, the perfect way of expressing your shifting identity.”
Note to Editors
