Damon’s gonna change your mind

Having paid homage to his hero Bruce Springsteen with his last, very limited release, Born In The UK, Badly Drawn Boy is getting back into the singles game properly with Nothing’s Gonna Change Your Mind.

The track comes from Damon’s forthcoming fifth album, also called Born In The UK, and is set to be released on his 37th birthday, Monday 2 October. The album follows two weeks later.

In typically unusual style, the promo video for the single features Damon driving round in a car which is steered by a keyboard! To watch it, follow one of the links below:

Nothing’s Going To Change Your Mind is out on seven inch picture disk and CD, backed by another new tune, One Wrong Turn, and also on enhanced CD, with mixes by Hot Chip and King Creosote and the video.

Badly Drawn Boy will be headlining the Cohesion Live festival in Platt Fields Park on Saturday 23 September.
