This is awarded to an individual or group of people who help to make where we live more environmentally friendly and better for nature.
Nominations are now open and will close on Tuesday 31 March at 5pm.
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and awards will be given in each category, across each BBC radio station. Click here for full award rules and our privacy notice.
Make a Difference Award ceremonies will take place across the UK from September 2026.
