When he came home from war my dad was was in his pram out side the house/my granda walked past him. Looking at him as he went into the house and asked my granda who's baby he was she said he's our Tommy. I was a month gone when you went to war. I had a lot of problems when he was born -he was born dead - the midwife got 2 buckets of water, one hot and one cold, and kept dipping him between the two buckets. Then he started crying, she saved his life.
