Satellite - without a Sky subscription

You may opt for a satellite system without a subscription to receive free-to-air TV, including all the BBC channels. On top of DW-TV you may get other German channels. Packages start at around £150 plus installation as a one-off payment. Please consult your local satellite installer for details, stating you'd like to receive the German channels.

Cable - Virgin Media

You can access Euronews and switch the audio to German on channel 620 on Virgin Media (UK), channel 203 (UPC Ireland).
