Being near Victoria, BC so we can get an English fix on a regular basis. We would be home in a flash if the Pound and Dollar were not so far apart. We love England and will be back to stay. |

English sausages, Walker's Salt & Vinegar crisps and of course my family and friends, What don't you miss? Narrow roads and the price of petrol. What's the best bit about where you live now? The weather is the best. Very hot 112 degrees in summer (sometimes more) but a cool comfortable 75 in winter. No snow - but it is only a two hour drive to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. |

To swim and fish in the rivers and creeks without permission. |

A good glass of strongbow cider, a good curry, fish & chips, fresh cream cakes at the bakeries, my wonderful 90 year grandma (Hi Grandma) and my relatives and friends. Transit system, and last but not least, socialized medicine. What don't you miss? The weather and the rest I will find out when I go and visit in December after 10 years.
