In the second show of the series, a young Gerald is talking to broadcasting legend Russell Harty. Harty - who was brought up in Blackburn - went on to become a well known BBC chat show host and the rival to ITV's Michael Parkinson. The interview took place back in 1978. Harty died in 1988 and many top stars attended a memorial service held at Blackburn Cathedral. Help playing audio/video
