i missed the programme where the bus turned up at the Rostron arms. Is there any way i can listen to the show again. I believe radio lancs where trying to find out where the name Rostron derives from. As i am a rostron living in preston it would be interesting to listen to what radio lancs has to say. Well what can I say! Sally and the blue bus crew came to see us at Marsh Mill to help promote our Arts Festival for the August Bank Holiday Weekend.They did all that and more! Sorry if we got in the way but we did our best to help. I have always been a fan of the B B C but the outside broadcasting unit is a superb way to get local news across and we love them all! Thanks again team.

The bus has been just fantastic so far this week. They have helped to promote an important Community Arts Festival taking place over the bank holiday, talked to the Mayor, read poetry, viewed an art exhibition, interviewed writers, photographers, poets and spoken to those two crazy old women - Marjorie and Wendy and much more and it's only Wednesday. I don't know how they do it but I'm glad they do.Wendy Wood

Hi All. Thanks for including 1st fwd on your radio.Just an update on our Scout Hut on St. Johns Ave Fwd. It has now been all redecorated inside and new carpets and cupboards installed. My Mum Muriel Wearne told me that the bus is coming to Clitheroe near to where she lives but could not go along due to having got gastroenteritis tummy bug. Clitheroe is a lovely place but property prices and rents are ridiculously high priced by greedy landlords and estate agents and want to personally move relocate back to this area from Skipton but cant afford to find anything affordable and good quality decent. I love listening to Radio Lancashire but like my Mother sometimes think that the presenters act to daft some of the time but listen to the great show anyway and where has dennis chemist programme gone he is not on that much these days

We were very impressed with Sally and Chris they made the week at our Antique Centre lot of fun, not only did they turn up once the buss had been taken away. They even went out and found people in the village to interview on the radio, including kids at the schools and also had singers and artists etc this made for a very enjoyable week to be had by all.
