The red highlight shows people living within a fifteen minute travelling time and the dark blue highlight shows people living in a ten minute travelling time for the proposed centre.

It is apparent that a large number of people live in this area, although data from the 2001 census suggests that the pricing will need to be set at a low figure for the health club to take advantage of this.
