Why would you want to know when the clocks go forward next year, or the year after?  Perhaps you can blame the railways for modern timekeeping....  At the moment, Jersey follows the U.K. when it comes to time. But what do you think?  Twice a year the clocks change, forward in the Spring and then back again in the Autumn. But why?
