THE LUNCHTIME BEACH CHALLENGE

St Brelade's Bay

Jersey has some of the best beaches in Europe and for most people a beach is no more than a 10 minutes drive away.

So you work in town and most of time, if you are anything like me, you spend your lunchtime at your desk eating. If you don't spend your lunchtime at your desk you probably spend it fairly near to it.

We want you to get away from your desk, make the most of the good weather and get down to the beach. Here are details of the Lunchtime Beach Challenge, are you up to taking it?

The Challenge

You have one hour for lunch and in that time you need to get to a beach and tell us what you did while you where there.

If you have a camera take it with you and send us a photo of the beach you went to.

When I went to St Aubin's Bay I decided to build a sand castle, not a very good one but it was something at least.

It was full of pommes, so I left early. It's a bit cold for Oz at the moment so I had another reason to go. Oh yeah my distant cousin lives in Jersey thats why you got this mental e-mail.
