Why I got involved with Blast

I love reporting and this scheme allows me to do just that on three of my favourite subjects: music, dance and writing. This is a brilliant opportunity for me to develop my skills in reporting, journalism and new media.

What I'm hoping to achieve from the Blast Scheme

I'm hoping to improve my skills and if anything else, like a job gets offered, especially in showbiz reporting than that would be a bonus. This is a brilliant experience.

What I do in my spare time

I love singing, dancing, partying and showbiz reporting. My friends say I never stop.

Favourite Artists/ Bands

Beyonce is cool, Big Brovaz are very friendly and talented. Eminem, Blue and D-side are really sweet but the Cheeky Girls are so funny.

Who have I met?

I've done showbiz reporting for two years now and managed to meet the likes of: Atomic Kitten, Big Brovaz, Blue, Lisa Maffia, Cheeky Girls, Darius Danesh, Abs, David Sneddon and the list goes on and on.

What I want to become

A showbiz reporter or a make-up artist or even a singer/DJ. Who knows? You never know what opportunities are round the corner do you?

What I'm currently studying

I've just finished a 'GNVQ Intermediate Media' course and in September I am doing a 'BTEC National Diploma in Media' for two years.
