Hi, I'm Niall and currently working on the World War TwoAbout links section in the general History site. I hope that you can find the time to check it out.

I'm enormously excited about the WW2 People's War site as it offers everyone the chance to record for posterity, their families memories of World War Two. Personally, I've already found many of the stories incredibly evocative and looking forward to reading a lot more.

None of my relatives fought during the war but I do remember when I was a child, my Dad's colleague telling me about his experiences as a commando during the Dieppe Raid. I was very glad not to have been there.

Anyway, that's enough from me.

Cheers,

Niall
