Hi Katie and James All I can say is WOW what a fantastic radio station all the presenters are brilliant, They are all accesible, fun and full of information as well as a brilliant selection of music. In our house the age range is 14-38 and all of us love the selections played.

Hi Katie, I would like to thank you and your team, especially the one trawling the Charity Shops for the Angela Rippon Shape up and Dance cassette. 2 H&W listeners phoned in to your show who had still got the 1982 tape and left contact numbers with you. I managed to speak to Teresa in Warndon Worcester and she has very kindly posted the cassette to me (at no cost) which I have received today. I am sorry I missed Angela Rippon on the radio on Thursday, but unfortunately I am back at work after 5 weeks off for a minor operation. Please wish all at the studio a Happy Christmas and Prosperous New Year. I will be starting my fitness regime with my new tape this weekend. Many thanks again.

hat a great job you are doing with your volounteers Katie at Newtown hospitali.e Elgar unit but what a shame it has taken someone such as yourself to instigate the make over when official bodies see it every day when they use the entrance and have just let it look like as you say a back entrance to an airport.It is paramount for the patients with their particular problems to be in a welcoming enviroment wherby the surroundings are restful and cheerful and not as they are now.Well done to all of you involved.
