Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya (WHO) ta bayyana motsa jiki a matsayin duk wani motsin da mutum zai yi da gaɓɓan jiki a lokacin hutu ko yayin tafiya daga wani wuri zuwa wani, ko a wurin aiki, ko kuma a gida.
