Stace Blondel has become known for fronting some of Guernsey's most well recognised rock and metal bands. ![]() Stace with Gordie in Thousand Points of Hate Initially coming to notoriety with industrial metallers Mechanical Lobster in 2000 he has gone on to front extreme covers band Choke, Iron Maiden/Ozzy Osbourne tribute act The Crazy Iron Babies and modern metal band Thousand Points of Hate, while still fronting Mechanical Lobster on their occasional reformations. Bearing in mind the number of metal related projects 'The Stace' (as he refers to himself) has been involved in we thought it an idea to find out what music inspired his unique style. So we asked him what he would include on his ideal compilation CD (even if his choices may span several discs worth of space), and it's a mixed bag, from ambient dance to pounding thrash metal via punk rock cabaret... ![]() Stace in the early days of Mechanical Lobster TracklistingCD 1
