FEELGOOD FRIDAY BBC Learning Centre, Eastgate Street, Gloucester Friday January 28, 10am-4pm It's FREE, it's FUN, and it'll help you FEEL GOOD! The Fat Nation TV show on BBC1 in the autumn kicked off The Big Challenge by turning attention on a Birmingham street where half the residents were overweight. At the end of the series they were all in far better shape thanks to the support of the F-Team experts - fitness guru Efua Baker, psychologist John Marsden and nutritionist Vicki Edgson, also known as Miss Chiplash. Now three of the stars of the show are coming to Gloucester to inspire others to follow their example. Former junk-food addicts Joe Ward (right) and John Bradley, new mum Sem Komurcugil, and one-time chip-loving, exercise-hating school nurse Del Derrington will be at BBC Gloucestershire's Feelgood Friday on January 28.
