These Terms of Trade for the Supply of Goods, Facilities and Services – PC7 may be referred to on an invoice a Customer receives from the BBC and where this is the case these terms will apply only where a separate contract has not been entered into between the BBC and the Customer in relation to the Goods, Facilities and/or Services provided by the BBC.
Where you are contracting with a different legal entity within the BBC Group different terms of trade may apply - please get in touch with your contact within that entity to confirm.
