Radio 1's BBC Introducing team hosted a panel on how artists can maximise their profile with the social media tools at their disposal.
They were joined by a panel of experts including Laura-May Coope from the Radio 1 Breakfast Show and Cath Hurley from digital marketing experts Charm Factory, who work on digital strategies for labels, festivals and artists including Faithless, Paloma Faith and Everything Everything.
Also there were Rob MacAllister from Music Ally, who deal with digital music marketing and strategy and Alistair Tant, an expert in digital marketing.
