Vicky Featherstone is the founding Artistic Director and Chief Executive of the National Theatre of Scotland, whose award-winning productions include Black Watch, based on the testimonies of British soldiers in Iraq, and Enquirer, a timely examination of the media. She is about to become Artistic Director of the Royal Court Theatre in London.
