Sibling production and DJ duo Star.One have been making waves for over three years with their eclectic music which crosses the borders between genres, fusing Garage, Grime, Hip-Hop and Jungle to create a sound that is uniquely their own. The pair first submitted music to the BBC Introducing Uploader in 2012 and were soon picked up by the BBC Introducing team in Kent, who have been supporting the duo ever since, helping to bring their music to wider audiences.
Following the success of their 11 track mixtape ‘Elements’ in 2014 - which featured guest appearances form established Grime emcees such as P Money, Trim, D Double E, and G Frsh - Star One have been gaining the attention of tastemakers such as DJ Target, Charlie Sloth and Sian Anderson. Known for their vibrant, high-energy sets, Star One’s live performances are as exciting as their productions, and the brothers are sure to fill the dance-floor at the BBC Introducing stage in Norwich.
