Formed in Hanwell by siblings Romeo and Michele Stodart and Sean and Angela Gannon. Known for their easy-listening hippie-infused pop songs, The Magic Numbers rose to national prominence in 2004 with their eponymous debut album.

Since then, the band have released two more studio albums, 2006’s Those the Brokes and The Runaway in 2010, garnering them a loyal fan following. More recently, Michele Stodart released a solo album, the country-music influenced Wide-Eyed Crossing.

Their fourth studio album is to be released in late 2014.
